Dover Asphalt Art Project Report

Avenues in Motion partnered with the Town of Dover to conduct an evaluation of their Asphalt Art Project, part of a national movement that aims to harness the beauty of street art to create safer communities for drivers and pedestrians. The Project featured artistic paint designs along Chestnut Street from Academy Street to Orchard Street, a popular area in close proximity to downtown Dover. It was completed and unveiled on Saturday, August 26, 2023, during the Dover Arts Festival.
